Two Rivers Family Practice offers primary health care services for children to senior citizens, as well as medical specialists in Geriatric, Podiatry, Physical Therapy, and Chronic Pain Management.

We provide annual exams, immunizations, preventive screenings, medical consultations, specialist referrals and prescription refills.

We provide diagnostic examinations, and personalized treatment plans for a range of symptoms to help make daily activity easier.

PHYSICAL THERAPY

Orthopedic Insole Display

We provide diagnostic examinations, orthotics, diabetic exams, nail care, callus removal, and wound care.
